Personalisation and Artwork Proofs

At Calder & Kind, we take great care to make sure every personalised piece is exactly right before it goes to print.

How personalisation works

When you place an order for a personalised product, we'll ask for the details we need — names, dates, wording, or any other specifics — either at checkout or via email shortly after your order is placed.

Please double-check all spellings, dates, and details before submitting them. We'll work from exactly what you provide.

Artwork proofs

All personalised orders are proofed before going into production. Once we've prepared your artwork, we'll send a digital proof to the email address on your order for your review and approval.

We ask that you check your proof carefully — including all names, dates, wording, and layout — before giving your approval. Production will not begin until we have received your sign-off.

Please note that once a proof has been approved and production has begun, we are unable to make changes to the artwork.

Turnaround times

Turnaround times begin from the point of proof approval, not from the date of purchase. Estimated timescales are confirmed on each individual product listing.
