Digital Downloads

Some of our products at Calder & Kind are available as digital files — a lovely option if you'd like to print locally, use a professional printer of your choice, or simply have something in hand quickly.

How digital downloads work

Digital products are delivered electronically. Once your order is complete and — where applicable — your personalisation has been approved, your file will be sent to the email address on your order.

Digital downloads are not physical goods and will not be posted. No printed item will be dispatched for digital download orders.

File formats and printing

File formats and recommended print specifications are noted on each individual product listing. If you have any questions about a file before purchasing, please get in touch.

Personalised digital downloads

If your digital download includes personalisation, the same proofing process applies as for our printed products. Your file will be prepared and sent for your approval before the final version is delivered. Please see our Personalisation and Artwork Proofs page for more details.

Refunds

As digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If there is an error in your file, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
