Shipping and delivery

Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Delivery instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Physical and print-on-demand products
Our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by specialist print partners. Production normally takes 1–3 working days before dispatch. Personalised products that require a proof enter production only after the proof has been approved, so the approval time is additional.

United Kingdom delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.99, or is free when the physical-goods order value is £50 or more. Standard transit is normally 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery costs £6.99. Express transit is normally 1–2 working days after dispatch. Express delivery does not remove the print-on-demand production period.

The available service, price and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout before payment. Orders containing products fulfilled by different partners may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking and delays
Where tracking is available, the dispatch email will include the tracking details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier disruption, public holidays, severe weather or remote delivery locations.

Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@calderandkind.com as quickly as possible if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch has begun.

Damaged, faulty or missing orders
Please contact info@calderandkind.com with the order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. Please see our Return and refund policy for full details.
