Ordering and personalisation

Can I personalise my wedding stationery?

Yes. Products marked as personalised include fields for your names, wedding date, venue, wording, quantities, colours and special notes. Browse our wedding invitations, wedding signs and table stationery.

Do you send an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We prepare a digital proof for every personalised order. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing. Read the full personalisation and artwork proof process.

Can I see the design before ordering a full suite?

Yes. The Wildflower Wedding Sample Pack lets you see the design and printed finish before choosing your complete stationery.

Physical products, print on demand and delivery

Are Calder & Kind products physical or digital?

We sell both. Invitations, proposal cards, save the dates, signs, table plans, table stationery, sample packs and bundles are physical products. The Wildflower Wedding Planner and free Wedding Stationery Checklist and Timeline are digital downloads. Each product page clearly states which format you are buying.

Who prints and fulfils physical stationery?

Our physical stationery is printed and dispatched by specialist print-on-demand partner Prodigi after proof approval. Orders are not fulfilled from a private address. Print-on-demand production helps avoid holding unnecessary stock.

How long will a physical order take?

Production begins after you approve your artwork proof. Turnaround and delivery times vary by product and destination, so check the individual product page and the delivery options shown at checkout.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

International delivery options are available for eligible physical products. Available services, prices and destination coverage are calculated at checkout.

Digital downloads

How are digital products delivered?

Digital products are supplied electronically after purchase and do not require shipping. They are not physical goods and will not be posted. See our Digital Downloads guide for compatible files, access and printing information.
